The Secret Hospitality Bakery is the daily operation that keeps our venues moving. Every single morning, Ant, Tim and the bakery team are up before doors open producing our sourdough, teacakes, breads, cakes and bakes - including favourites like our Custard Slice and Rustica desserts.
The best part? Everything is made just a few miles from our venues, with recipes developed completely in-house and unique to us.
Spending the morning with the team is a reminder of just how much work, precision and passion goes into what happens behind the scenes every day.
And with summer around the corner, production is about to triple. So next time you pick something from the counter, know itโs been made with real craft, care and a lot of love.
